When creating a timeline entry or anywhere you can enter a contact’s (Person) name/email, please only display ACTIVE contacts. It is impossible to know which one to choose if there are two contacts (one Active, one Inactive).

Hey ​@amanda.caldwell, Thanks for raising this , but in the activity creation or edit flow, we actually do not fetch Inactive contacts and were not able to reproduce this scenario. I request you to create a support request for your scenario and we can assist you with this.
