Is there an easy way to concatenate a string field based on a Site Identifier within the Rules Engine?
I have a rule that is aggregating data associated with a specific customer site. We have multiple data points associated with this site with different categorical fields within 1 column. I need to be able to concatenate this field into 1 longer string, which I hope to use the 'Contains' functionality to perform further on. Is this possible?
At this point I could not find an easy way and the only thing (not so easy) I can think to do is to Pivot the table and build out logic for every possible categorical field. Then based on the output of that pivot, perform the additional work required further in the workflow.
Thanks.

Hi, I would like to report customer retention (MRR $) in Gainsight versus spreadsheets.
We currently take snapshot of accounts at the beginning of each quarter and compare it to the last month of the quarter.
What are some best practices used to calculate the retention rate in Gainsight CS?
