I have an account that is showing as inactive in Gainsight but is active in Salesforce. Is there a way to manually activate the account in Gainsight?

 

Hi @BabaOluk you should head over to Customer Data > Company > Data Operations. Search for your customer and click ‘edit’ within the contextual menu options. 

You’ll get the options to change the status to active (see screenshot).

However, the fact it didn’t turn itself to active means your SFDC connector job could do with reviewing to ensure status changes in sync with SFDC.
