Hey we have a couple of ongoing email campaigns and the stats allow you to see the delivery rate percentage, so the amount of emails  that were not bounced. When you click on the stat you'll get the list of recipients for which the delivery was successful, but is there a way to get the opposite? The list of emails that were bounced?

Similar to the Gainsight and Zoom integration that allows you to log Activities directly to a customer from a Zoom Meeting, is there an integration like this with Microsoft Teams? 

I see the currently new implementation of Customer Goals in the C360 as a container while the bulk of the goals are shown in the CTAs and Success Plans. This seems obvious yet I’m looking for the benefit of these opposed to having a custom goal oriented success plan. Some questions I have are:Can Customer Goals be shared externally similar to Success Plans? Can we report on customer goals with related SPs and CTAs apart from the C360 view? Are custom fields suggested to receive the most value from this new module?I’m curious if anyone has implemented Customer Goals in their Org and, if so, how is it going?

Hi all,I’m new to Gainsight, so apologies if this has a straightforward answer, but I can’t quite figure out if creating a segment with two filters of the same type is possible.Basically, I’d like to create a segment of people whose Registration Date is less than X days ago, and also more than Y days ago (so something like, less than 180 days + more than 60 days, to create a bounded range), but it doesn’t seem like it’s possible with the filters as choosing a second of the “Registration Date” type supersedes the first.Happy to be wrong/in the wrong place, so hoping others may have insight on how to approach this.Thanks!

Hi all. We’re new to Gainsight and coming from a heavy reliance on Khoros Care to manage community conversations. The moderation tools on Gainsight are great but I was wondering if anyone else coming from Khoros had figured out a way to “Snooze” a conversation for a period of time or any alternative to that functionality. Thanks!

We have a script that updates user information in our Community that runs every 15 minutes. At around 8:30 this morning Atlantic time, that script started failing. After some digging, I found that the return results from the /users endpoint was no longer returning with users property, and is now returning as viewusers property. I checked the API documentation and the swagger.json file still references the users return property.So if anyone has something similar where you’re no longer getting users in your results, this could be why....to Gainsight, please don’t make these types of changes. If you need to, you should be versioning your API.

Hey Community - I’d like to get some examples of how other communities are handling ideation. I’m looking for details - IE integrations, timelines for responses, etc. I’m working with our products team to do a phased approach, but I’d love to show them how others are handling this. I’ll share a couple examples of ways I’ve done this in the past.Current Company:We’re looking to roll our phased feature requests. We use Jira for our feature request process. Right now only employees can open FRs. Customer success managers add their customers to the tickets in Jira, which gives some insights into votes. Customers can’t see Jira. When we release a new version, we say how many FRs we implemented, but there’s no place for all customers to see a full list - they are only notified of the ones they’ve been added to. Hey there :) I was wondering, if it is possible to set an automation to revoke Badges from Users.For example: If there are different lvl for Badges, like a progress: Commentator lvl 1  Commentator lvl 2 Commentator lvl 3Is it possible to set an automation for when the user reaches the lvl 2, a trigger revokes the lvl 1 badge to prevent a wall of badges in some users profiles? Hi everyone,I’m still getting familiar with how ideas and forums work and wanted to understand something I’m noticing. When users create an Idea, they only select a Product Area and don’t choose any Community category or forum. We’ve usually seen Ideas stay within the Ideas section, but recently we noticed a couple of Ideas appearing under a Community/Q&A forum.I’m curious how Ideas get associated with Community categories in this case, and whether this is expected behavior or something driven by roles or backend logic

Hello,  We are using Company person report and share with via Spaces with a customer. We set up permissions to allow customers check Active : true or false status. If we access customer account in preview mode or from the customer account, it’s not possible to edit the Active field. Could you please suggest.

Where do you edit the order of the registration fields as they appear on the form?

Hello Community,  Currently on my 3rd implementation with Gainsight but never used Teams for call recording to be integrated with GS caller intelligence into timeline/ Staircase. (previous integrations have been with Gong).  Has anyone found a way to have Teams calls configured to automatically record all CSM calls like you can with Gong, Clari, ect?  Our IT admin says Microsoft changed their policy and doesn’t allow this set up.   Can anyone confirm or provide more info here?

Hi everyone 👋We’re trying to understand if there’s a way to create a user-level report that showcases top contributors (by number of replies) for a specific community, rather than across all communities.Context: Our setup includes multiple communities that share the same backend analytics Today, most contributor-style reports seem to aggregate activity across all communities What we’re looking for is visibility into: Users with the most replies within a single community Ideally filterable or reportable per community, not overall Questions: Is this possible today using Gainsight Communities reporting or backend data? Are there recommended workarounds (custom reports, exports, or data modeling) to achieve this? If not currently supported, is this something on the roadmap?
