  1. We built a relationship with our founding super user members before launching the program

 

Before the launch of Pipefy Experts, I started building personal relationships with our top users via private messaging on the inSided platform. I even had deeper conversations with these users on calls. That way, when it became time to launch our super user program, I already had meaningful connections who became our first members of the program and they felt engaged.

 

  1. How we find our super users

 

We find our super users by tracking the points leaderboard on inSided. If we notice a particular user has been climbing the rankings, we will invite them to join the superuser program. We also rely on recommendations from our customer facing team, who have one on one connections with the certain users. Lastly, we have a super user application advertised on our community, where users can apply directly. 

 

  1. The incentives our super users receive

 

The super users can exchange the points they earn on the leaderboard for prizes such as ipads, smart watches, gift cards, Pipefy swag, kindles, etc. Aside from prizes, they have the opportunity to be part of Pipefy webinars, beta groups, and have their product feedback heard  by our team. They receive a welcome kit in the mail and are invited into the private super user group.

 

We use Sendoso for our rewards program! 

 

  1. We were inSpired to create a “super employee” program for the community

 

Beyond customers and partners, we incentivize our internal team to engage in the community. Our employees are able to climb the employee leaderboard and exchange their points for rewards too! 

 

  1. The value we’ve realized

 

The super user program has given us an organized, direct channel to our customer advocates for when we need referrals, webinar speakers, feedback, and more. 95% of our community questions are answered by customers, instead of our own internal team. Also, we’ve even hired our top super user to become a Pipefy employee! 

 

From a qualitative perspective, we’ve been able to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our super users, exceeding their expectations and have managed to build a community with them, instead of for them.
