Hi Community, I want to do a comparison of first replies to forum posts, staff vs registered community members. I thought I found a bar chart that showed the % of staff replies compared to the % of registered users replies but somehow cant get back to it. Or maybe I was dreaming :-) Wondering if anyone has also come across this? If so please share where and how I can find this report.Thank you,Matt

Hi Community!We have a user who has been given a custom role manually. She has reported twice now that the access she’s been given is taken away. I’ve checked and the role I’ve assigned to her was not assigned anymore. Do you know how and why that could’ve happened? Has anyone experienced the same? Additionally, is there any way to check history logs on users? Perhaps there’s a way to see if the role was taken by accident or something else happened.Thank you in advance!

Hey,I've been reflecting about Richard Millington's session at Pulse where he talked about surveying users with the same questions when they join the platform and a year later, as a way to measure value.I am guessing that the best way to do this here is via an email campain that is sent to user segments.But as GS CC does not have any out-of-box survey feature to include in email campaigns, I was wondering if anyone had tools to recommend for this? It would be nice to have something that integrates well into an email, rather than just to a Goolge/Microsoft Form link 😄 I guess TypeForm is a nice one..

When managing users in CC for Skilljar (via the integration) ca we still send Skilljar custom profile fields with the SSO?If so how?If not, how can I manage users in groups with CC registration Fields mapped to SJ Custom Profile fields 

Myself and other admins from my company keep getting, “Something went wrong, please check your link and try again”, when trying to insert an image into a post. We’ve cleared caches, tried it in incognito and changed our approach 15 ways to Sunday. We keep getting this error. Has anyone else dealt with this recently?

In one of my Gainsight report, wanted to filter out the data using the Date field. And I want to use “last N days” option (N = 400 in my case).When I enter that I got the below error message.  But the same option is working in Rule filters. Can we have the same functionality in Reports as well to accept any Number ?(Greaterthan 365)Thanks.

We are facing an issue with an inline filter configured on a dashboard report.We have applied the following filter:Value > 1000However, the report is also displaying records where the value is NULL.Expected behavior:The report should display only records where the value is greater than 1000 and exclude all NULL records.Actual behavior:Records with NULL values are also appearing in the results.

We are building custom Community widgets with role-based visibility. Our widgets check the viewer’s Primary Role before loading their content modules, but we also need server-side authorization to prevent unauthorized users from calling the connectors directly.Does Developer Studio support a server-enforced Primary Role allowlist per connector, rejecting unauthorized requests before the upstream API call? The documented template user context exposes identity but not Primary Role. Is there a supported authorization mechanism or conditional authorization step for composite connectors?Separately, does segment-based Widget Visibility prevent custom-widget scripts from loading and init()from running, or does it only hide the widget?

We would like to utilize some of the out of the box reporting available in the Customer PX Usage tab within our Shared Spaces with customers.  I do not see these as availble reports in our reporting tools to even clone to reuse or within the options in Spaces.  Where are these reports located? What Object? 

Hello,I have been searching docs and community posts, but I haven’t been able to find any thing confirming if Gainsight surveys be included in Agentforce chats with external customers. Is it possible to integrate surveys into Salesforce chatbots using Agentforce?The use case: Customer opens our chat icon to talk to a support bot or agent. At the end of the interaction, we’d then like to share the link to the survey or display the form for the customer to fill out.If there’s not an official means of accomplishing this, has anyone found their own solution they are willing to share?Thank you!

Hi everyone, I’m trying to insert an activity to the Timeline and have it be linked to a specific CTA. In my use case, these are onboarding CTAs that are linked to the opportunity through the GS opportunity object, and the users are logging their events automatically from Google Calendar to SFDC. Right now they need to manually log them again in Gainsight if they want the link to the CTA, and the OOTB sync does not link it to the CTA, but I can easily find them with a rule and call the API to post these since I have the link to the CTA through the “Cockpit Associated Records” object. My only problem is that when I call the Timeline API I can only pass “Company” or “Relationship” as a Context Name value. From what I see in the reports, the value should be “CTA” and the Context Id should be the CTA GSID, both of which I have. So is there a way to actually do this or is this an improvement request for the API?
