When we worked with Gainsight to set our Org up they set us up with 15 minute increments between each rule since we have about 60k accounts to query. We are now running out of 15 minute increments in the day. Does anyone use less than 15 minute increments?

Ellen,
You can definitely go more granular with your time intervals. However, these are still batches, so even if you decide to start scheduling rules 1 minute a part, depending on the the batch order, number of API calls, number of records you're fetching, etc., you may see increased traffic. Is this helpful? Thanks!

One more point is, the rules are executed in scheduled sequence one after other. So it should not be a problem.
That is great news. So if my 8am rule gets caught up and takes until 9am (for some unforeseen reason), my 810am rule will wait to run until the 8am is complete? Thanks!
That's correct, Ellen. They will queue based upon scheduled execution time if the first rule has not yet finished when the 2nd is scheduled to run.
