The purpose of this interview is to:

• Gain a deeper understanding of how our end users are currently utilizing Gainsight Assist plugins.
• Gather your feedback on the latest plugin release.
• Hear your thoughts on introducing Copilot within the plugins.

Your perspective and feedback are invaluable in shaping the future of our products.

What is the Agenda of the VCAM? 

During the VCAM, we would like to discuss the following topics in order of priority:

• Explore customer use cases for plugins.
• Identify challenges or pain points from the latest release.
• Discuss opportunities for improvement in the recent update.
• Introduce Copilot in plugins and address any concerns about AI integration.
• If time allows, gather input on desired features or functionalities for future updates.

What is the outcome of this VCAM?

• The insights gathered from this interview will be crucial in refining and enhancing our offerings to better align with your needs.

• Anyone who is a power user of Gainsight assist plugin (chrome or Outlook) Ex: CSM, AM
