- I would like the ability to customize the icon for the tabs in the KC Bot. The icon in the Knowledge Base tab is similar to another part of our UI, and we would like to differentiate the two.

we can select one out of 20 icons for KC Bot.Please check if anyone of them Helps.

Hi@suryanarayana - thanks. I wasn’t referring to the badge widget. Rather, the icons for each tab within the bot - onboarding tab, feedback tab, knowledge base tab.
I’m interested in the answer to this as well.@Julie-Pinto have you found a workaround?
