It would be very useful to enhance GainSight's current email functionality with the ability for users to import their Gmail signatures. The idea would be for email signatures from Gmail be added automatically to emails that are sent out by GainSight users to their customers.
With the advancement of AI based email generation into various places in Gainsight CS, we are interested in this functionality. However, our team is reluctant to use it because the emails don’t appear as they normally would with our email signatures. We have shared that users can generate the emails in Gainsight via AI or not and then copy and past to gmail. This is a valid workaround, but is extra steps. So our adoption of email features in the platform are low. Given there is already a calendar integration in Gainsight on the Home page, it appears this type of integration would be possible.
We do use the chrome plug-in heavily, but this doesn’t have the AI capabilities.
