At my place of employment, we have customer ‘entities’ that are basically top-level Parent Companies and they each have their own C360/Company record.
I would like to see a Mass Edit or tabular/grid report of all the children company records that align to that Parent Company record (or Entity).
Either that or the ability to add a Scorecard report with the nice visualizations in the same manner you would add a report in a Reports section where you can choose an associated field.
Just to emphasize this, we don’t currently have an easy way to do a “roll-up” of features in Gainsight, like scorecard measures and scores, for Global Accounts which can often consist of multiple parent-child company record hierarchies.
Adding the ability to add Mass Edit reports into the C360 would help us move closer to being able to support an entire team of CSMs not currently able to use Gainsight within our org.

You can put a non-mass edit report, but if part of the reason you want a mass edit report is to be able to update a score/scores, you won’t be able to do that. Your users won’t understand or care (nor should they) about why it’s a “different type of report” that happens to “not be supported in that area”. It doesn’t make any sense.
I would also expand this to C360 and R360.
