Ability to Remove "Add Person" Button on the Person Section of the c360

This is so important! We chose to have Salesforce as our source of truth for contacts, given other teams outside of our Gainsight users need access to contacts, and are updating them at different points in the customer journey.

Still important!   Excited for gainsight to level up our CSM motion - but critically need to leverage existing contact management processes built out in Salesforce.   

Are there any updates to this request? We’re still seeing issues with our teams trying to add users that shouldn’t be added manually. We need to have control of this functionality so we can use our SFDC Contacts as our person source of truth.

This would be so helpful! In the situation I’m working on, we only want the CSMs to add contacts at the Relationship level. That level has an accurate renewal date for the product the contact is associated with, and we use the renewal date to send automated NPS surveys. It would be nice to restrict adding on a Company record to avoid confusion.

Similar use case as ​@cankney : we want our contacts to be added at the Relationship level to make sure all relevant information is present and to tie them to the fields on the Relationship.

Not sure when it was rolled out exactly - but exciting nonetheless!
