I am submitting this idea on behalf of a customer.
Issue: With Gong Recordings taking as long as they are to be created in Gainsight it is causing so much unneeded attention and concerns.
One very seemingly simple thing we want to do is to display the Activity Created Date on the Timeline Activity, yet for some reason it is not available.
Solution: Make Activity Created Date/Time available as a field to add to our Activity Timeline Types Page Layouts.
Or, if I am missing something, please don't hesitate to humble me and tell how I can add it.
Another solution is to allow us to create formula fields on Timeline.
It would be helpful to have the option to give visibility on the Timeline Activity. This would shed light on situations for which Activities are retroactively created. Currently, the only way to get this visibility is by creating a Report on Activity Timeline.
