When creating an outreach template it would be great if you could add a previously created tabular formatted report. This is not presently an option.

+1 - High need for this. Reporting on open CTAs and/or renewals.
Our use case is contact clean-up around renewal time as part of our Advanced Outreach - 3-4 columns, between 1-10 rows
