Allow administrators to transfer ownership of reports to other users

When a user leaves the company or shifts to a role that does not use Gainsight PX, I want to be able to transfer ownership of that person’s reports, filters, etc to another user.

Only administrators have access to user management, and currently, the only option is to transfer ownership of those items to yourself. 

Instead of temporarily giving someone administrator permission, I would like to be able to select the user who should receive ownership.
