We use JO programs to communicate with our internal users--which includes both our employees but also partners who use Gainsight to support our customers. We also use JO programs to survey our internal users--for example, on their feedback using GS, working with the CS Ops/Admin team, how we can better support internal enablement, and so on.Â

Unfortunately we are not able to use a survey element on the user object JO programs. This means we cannot trigger a follow-up email if they haven’t responded, or a thank you email if they have responded. By only having the email element available to us on the user object, we are only able to trigger these program outcomes based on whether they click the link or not.Â

Please add the survey element to user object JO programs! It seems like an easy change that would add value to us (and I’m sure many other customers).Â
