The Rich Text Widget in Dashboards is a very helpful way to embed help text directly onto the page. We use it most for enablement purposes - to describe how to use the page and to provide links to help docs.
There is a valid use case to have Rich Text Widget available to be inserted in all types of C360 pages. For example, I’m considering creating a form on the C360 using inline report editor. I would love to have text on the page that gives information on the form, how to “submit” it, instructions on the process, etc.
