The CSMs I work with will be adding the same Activities for each company to the Timeline for each of their books of business. I’ve created an Activity template for them to use which will help with efficiency, but currently we aren’t able to pre-select fields on the activity, so that the CSMs don’t have to do it for each Activity.
If there were a way to pre-select custom fields in the activity it would save our CSMs time on logging Activities that they have to frequently log.
