This would be an update to the GS extension for GMAIL. On multiple occasions we have our CSM;s sending emails to people who they havnt spoken to before on an account, and when the GS assist function is being used, it would be great if the new contacts (who are not on the account already) could be automatically added to the account
Today there is a lot of faff involved in going to GS mid email, adding the new person, making sure its saved and refreshed for the contact to be linked with the account in GS Assist
A 1 click feature such as an option to '’Add new contact to Account in GS'’
