It would be very helpful to see custom properties in the learner profile section of Gainsight CE. Today, we only see the standard profile fields:
This enhancement would help us:
- Confirm that our automations and workflows are working correctly, and populating custom values accurately
- Allow quick troubleshooting to understand why a specific learner isn’t included in a group or being assigned a training
- Be an indicator to new admins that our academy is collecting custom fields per learner
