@kate_wigglesworth beat me to this by minutes! Uncannily I was in the middle of writing up this exact request when I saw you posted this in the Slack community!
100% aggree with this - CSMs can filter but they don’t have a way to save their view or create multiple ones. Admins should be able to set default views, but CSMs should also have the ability to create their own view(s) to save so they can navigate contacts as best works for them.
If we were to create a regular tabular report that’s pre-filtered, or even a series of reports, we’d lose the functionality of the Persons section of the 360.
Running into this now too. Our teams are asking for views of stakeholders, exec contacts, etc, so would be nice to be able to create some additional views to make that possible. Also, agree with @bradley that creating a separate related list isn’t a good workaround since you lose the functionality of the Person section.
I’m surprised this isn’t a functionality, and is a big ask from our CSM’s. Would love to see this implemented.
@bradybluhm People custom views
@rahul_prayakarao With our P360 release and an emphasis on managing people data and keeping it clean for easier use by end users, I think this feature would fit in nicely to the roadmap.
We also have this need. There is a type of person that our CSMs most frequently contact. We want to maintain other people in the People section, and at the same time make it easy to identify this type of person. Today, the CSM has to add the filter and re-add each time they visit the People section. CSM’s have complained about having to do this repeatedly. Having custom views like we have in Timeline and Cockpit would really help our team.
Hi All,
We are working on something similar to the suggestions above that will allow the CSMs to create different groups of Person records based on their preferred criteria for their book of business and for now we have built a capability allowing to send emails to these groups(include these groups as the recipients easily in Email Assist)
We are planning to introduce this functionality as a widget in GS Home and @samarth along with the Product Ops will soon reach out for beta enrolment.
Thanks,
Shilpa

This is so, so relevant right now with the recent Group Send launch.
We’re actively chatting about how we can reduce our tech bloat for CSMs (Gainsight + Outreach.io), while cleaning up our contact data for more accurate email sends (both from accounts with a named CSM, and those with pooled CSMs). If the People tab in C360 had more robust functionality, it’d be easier to encourage better contact hygiene in that tab, which should in turn make Group Send lists more of a reliable option. @kstim, @kim_stone for awareness.
Any update on this? We have a reorg happening with 100s of new users that will need to become familiar with their accounts very quickly - without a way to easily see who in the Person list is relevant (can’t sort by the Role field, can’t create a Role filter for them to access in the drop down).
@kelly as a temporary measure, you may be to create a dashboard report, make it filterable by account, to help them narrow down the information and get familiar with their accounts. Of course they’d still have to have the C360 up in another screen to make edits as needed.
Not ideal, but may be a bridge.
