Many of our CSMs have recurring weekly or monthly meetings with clients that have the same attendees, and generally the same agenda, however slightly different notes. It would be very helpful if a CSM could clone a Timeline activity and then personalize it further before saving to timeline.

We understand the ask but our current focus is on other requests like reparenting , edit capabilities and AI follow up. This request is currently parked and we will not be working in near future.

Hi Gainsight, is there any progress on this request? We first raised it two years ago, and to be honest this will never be a high priority for anyone when considering all the other priorities the exist. That said, it also seems like what could be a fairly simple low complexity deliverable. Could you please re-evaluate as my CSMs ask for this routinely and we let them know that the request is with Gainsight. Thank you

CSMs also need to create DEAR Notes activity every quarter. Most of the information are the same so the cloning will also be useful for this.

@marcos.beinder We have not been able to prioritise this request for this year. So its not planned for the near time roadmap.

Will keep this thread updated once it is picked up
