I would like to know if you are looking to export data from Gainsight into any BI application (like Power BI, Looker, etc.) or Data warehouse (like Snowflake, Azure Data lake, etc).
Please leave your comments below. Your inputs will help us in creating a roadmap for this.

We use Snowflake, so would like to push to that (and from there we then will push to our BI tools - PowerBI & Tableau)
Yes, for sure! All of our data sources are now united in a PostGres data warehouse that we will hope to connect to when we move to Gainsight NXT. Having the ability to export GS data (customer info, timeline, survey etc) will enhance Gainsight’s position in the business.

+1We currently schedule exports to Tableau via S3 but it would be great if there was a native integration.
PowerBI would be very useful in order to help drive more decision-making, custom reporting, etc. for our business.
We’re looking into connecting PX with QlikSense via API for fetching data on a daily level. That would mainly give us the ability to drill down into Custom Events attribute statistics which we are currently lacking because of the limitations of the Query builder.
Second, we’re planning to connect PX with our DWH.

+1+1 for Snowflake, but would like to see capabilities for out of the box connectors with other data warehouses as well, such as Azure Data Lake.
I would ask to open up the Gainsight API for all MDA type objects and fields. Do not limit API sourcing only for system objects custom fields or custom objects and its fields. If API is readable, any BI warehouses could interface and connect the data/data model of Gainsight.
YES! we push to a data warehouse so we can use in tableau reporting.

Being able to export data out of Gainsight into S3/Redshift would allows us to broadcast Gainsight metrics and other reports to other systems while ensuring a single source of truth of the business logic and avoid inconsistencies across reporting platforms, i.e. recalculating scores in Looker or Power BI. Also would help to provide transparency to our parent company.
