Have Add to Calendar always present on the live events page
We noticed an issue where users who register for a vILT, will get a “pending- waiting for approval” message and unless they refresh the page, they do not receive the calendar hold link. Also please add a calendar hold property in the custom notifications session so we can add calendar holds to our follow up emails.
