KCBot localization with different URL destinations

Has anyone solved for this scenario?

Product site and help articles are localized in 20+ languages.

I really don’t want to manage 20+ KC Bots just to point users to localized content, has anyone solved for auto-redirecting where you are dynamically updating the host/base url.

How are people using the functionality below?

Hi @lpicone ,

When do you want the users to be redirected to the localized KB article?

Scenario 1 - User searches for something on KCBot, and results are renderred from the integrated Zendesk service. Here the search link should take user to the article in specific locale?

Scenario 2 - As an admin, you have added some content to the Bot (maybe a Linked Article) and this article should re-direct the user to the article in specific locale.

Thanks,

Abhilash

Hello,

Per my open support case:

Question from support ticket:

Thanks for your response, I'm checking this with the Gainsight PX product team and investigating this behavior. I'll let you know as soon as I have the needed answer.

Hello,

Honestly, what would be valuable is this....

Using the user localized language defined and sent to gainsight.

First search zendesk content using the user localized language.
Maybe - as a bonus, let us define english as the second search language - default.

default / english: https://guides.turnitin.com/hc/en-US
Turkey: https://guides.turnitin.com/hc/tr

Please see the languages we have defined under the default settings.

I have tried to use google search, but the results were sub-par.
