Is it possible to link a sandbox to a production instance so that we don’t have to continuously add the migration token each time we create a new migration job? Ideally it would be preferred if we can just enter the target migration code once and reuse it multiple times.

This is currently not possible.
But we are working on revamping XOrg migration tool. With the revamp, you should be able to connect two tenants so that you would not need to keep adding the migration token
