Outlook Plug-In flag

Hello,

We are an Outlook shop, so our CSMs have the Outlook plug-in from their inbox to quickly sync their emails from Outlook to Timeline. One CSM had asked me if there was a way to flag an email as already having been synced to Timeline, so the CSM can quickly see that and move on to the next email.

Gainsight Support confirmed that you can’t log/sync the same email more than once with the Outlook plug-in, but it’d be cool if there was a way to easily identify that as an end-user from Outlook. Salesforce does this with their plug-in. See the attached screenshot. The gray flag gives the CSM visibility that that email has already been sent to SFDC Activity History.
