Sync two Brands / instances into one Gainsight instance

I have a customer that asked if syncing two brands into one Zendesk instance was possible.





Currently the answer is no but I know some customers do have two brands / instances in Zendesk and would like to have both be able to pull into Gainsight.





Or if possible sync Brand name and Brand ID so they can be distinguised.

We’re currently working on a revamped Zendesk connector (along with a standard domain model for support cases) which would allow pulling multiple Zendesk brands into Gainsight, as well as the ability to connect to multiple Zendesk instances. I’ll post updates as we are closer to a release date!
