Add Account ID by default to rules

Since Account Id is required for any rule to work, can we just have this field added by default to any new rule? Why should the end user search for it and add it manually each time? 
There can be multiple account Identifiers in an object. Example : Account lookup, Parent Account lookup, Financial Account rollup etc. This is a common scenario in most of our customer org and we want the user to select which Account Identifier should be considered. 





This restriction of Account ID being mandatory will be removed in August release, so when you do not have an Account Identifier, you will be able to add only two actions (Load to SFDC / Load to MDA objects).
