Update the Default CTA Due Date to Blank

We’re looking to update the default CTA due date to blank, this way it forces a CSM or tech rep to select an appropriate due date as opposed to having it default to today and immediately going overdue 

@phartnett - are you trying to do this when you create a new CTA in the Cockpit or when you create a CTA via the rules engine?


@CurtisValentine, when we're working out of the Cockpit or Success Plan and adding objectives. We try to track a baseline due date, but most of the time it ends up being the same day the CTA was created, which diminishes the value of the metric, and will also show the CTA overdue even though it was just initiated


Makes sense. Thank you for the clarification. In this case, it would be a good idea to create a blank due date.
