Allow customers to use their SendGrid instance to send CoPilot emails (SendGrid integration)

I have had a few customers that already use SendGrid in their company if we can use their SendGrid instance to send emails.

Any possibility of a SendGrid integration in the future?

      Interesting concept Alex! Can you share the customer use case? I had never thought of integrating CoPilot and SendGrid...

      I don't think this is a secret since it is referenced here but Gainsight utilizes SendGrid to send emails from CoPilot and Email Assist.

      I work with a lot of customers on setting up their white labelling to give their sub account in SendGrid permission to use their domain. There have been some cases where the customer already has a SendGrid account and would prefer to use theirs instead of ours.
