When sending an email from CoPilot, there are subtle grey bars appearing above and below the message. I'm trying to make this email seem as much as possible like it's coming from an actual person, so they're weird to have.
They appear in the Outreach preview: https://cl.ly/1D1A2m1M272N
But there's nothing in the Email Template HTML that indicates that they should be there: https://cl.ly/2O1P3N3v363F
I can't find anything in the "Communication" section of Administration that seems to control the fundamental email template that CoPilot Email Templates get plugged into....

Oh weird, they're not present in every email... https://cl.ly/0b3g3i3C3O2z
But that email that looks fine has the same HTML beginning the email: https://cl.ly/3K083P1z0m0p

Hi Seth - Have you looked at the email background color? It's not immediately obvious, but if you click on the three dots to expand the toolbar, you'll find a button that I think is called 'Template Color.'
You may have already covered that, but wanted to check. :)

Aha! I opened that up, clicked "Reset" for the background color, and it did the trick! Thanks Elizabeth 🙂
