I want to send some surveys through copilot that I would only want any particular customer to receive once. I figure the simplest way to handle this is to set the "Send email once" section to an arbitrarily large number. My question is, if I do something like change the email template or powerlist that the outreach is using, will that "do not send" list get reset? Will a customer receive a second email?

"Send email once" is outreach level setting and does not get effected when powerlist/email template is changed. This remains as it is until changed manually.
