In the building of CoPilot Power Lists, there is no advanced logic in the Contacts section. Thus, there is no ability to use "OR" logic when building additional criteria for Contacts.
This is a limitation that doesn't exist when selecting Accounts (or using the topmost portion of the logic). The work-around is to build multiple Power Lists and use them all when performing an Outreach.
It would be much easier, cleaner to maintain and consistent with other areas of Gainsight to have advanced logic in that section, especially to support "OR" logic.
