  • If they haven’t opened the email, send them a reminder
  • If they haven’t opened the email and they still haven’t logged-in, trigger a CTA for human follow-up













We want to rename the feature to
capture the power of this ‘journey’ design. We have decided to rename CoPilot -> Journey Orchestrator. But
we want your help renaming ‘Advanced Outreach’.

I vote to call each of them a Journey! There are so many pieces of terminology already, that any opportunity to simplify/synchronize them would be valuable.
I would vote for Journey Paths so that is has some linkage with Journey Orchestrator.
None of the above? Honestly not a fan of any of the names. I am all about the new features. I guess I would settle on something that contains "Paths". 
I'm with Seth and Marcelo. Why would a [i]Journey Orchestrator orchestrate something other than a journey? My vote is with changing advanced outreaches to Journeys.
