You have been a customer for 2+ years now & you’re already topping inSpired’s leaderboard with 10K points! What drove you to engage on inSpired?
Any insights you uncovered along the way you’d like to share?

Walking the Walk.

“I really believe in ‘Walking the walk’. If we want people to go to our online community, then I needed to do that myself.”

Finding the way to the top of the leaderboard!

“When you see the top of the mountain, it’s easy to kind of motivate yourself to go forwards.”

“It’s really about ways to recognize contributions and celebrate expertise that is important.”

When you look at the inSided roadmap, what are some things that excite you moving forward?

“As inSided has started talking about the idea of a customer hub and the value that that plays for customer success, it just really aligns to what we’re trying to do.”

“Seeing the design wireframes and the design concepts are just other data points where I feel really good about where the roadmap is heading.”

“Specific features that I’m excited about is the Data Lake featureWe get a lot of good data from the salesforce integration and can do a lot of good reporting there. I think the Data Lake will democratize access to that data for all customers, but also even for people like us. It will just make it easier for us to work with all of that activity data and to build other custom reports.”

“The custom pages feature - I’m part of the Beta, and I’ve tried it out a little bit. I haven’t used it a ton yet, but a lot of my forward looking ideas for where to go, are kind of anchored to that.”

Danny truly showcased that, to really help your community, you need to step into the community world yourself and experience that journey!
