Hello - in the Dynamic Content widget, it is possible to sort by reply count. However, it’s not clear if it’s possible to specific the order. It seems to default to descending order - the highest number of replies to the lowest. However, for my use case, I would much prefer the opposite, as we’re trying to use this widget to surface questions that still need help. Is it possible to sort from lowest to highest reply count?

It is indeed only possible to sort by reply count in a descending order, but I definitely understand your use case of wanting to surface questions that haven’t gotten a reply yet.
