We are new to Gainsight and leverage Marketo for all of our marketing campaigns and Influitive for our Advocatehub. We want to create an engagement score in the heathscore that reflects their engagement with our campaigns/webinars/user groups/advocate hub etc. Would anyone be willing to share how they have set up a similar scorecard component in Gainsight?
Thanks for posting, Jen!

I know that Influitive integrates well with Salesforce -- we do this internally. I believe the object is called AdvocacyActivity, and it can be used with our Rules Engine to trend various engagement activities over time. This usage data can then be used to either do a threshold based scoring logic via the Rules Engine, or to generate an automated 'smart' score (SmartSigns).

Marketo data can be used similarly, if you have the Marketo-SFDC sync turned on. We did this internally successfully by bringing support site engagement data into Gainsight. More specifically, there is a campaign in Marketo that monitors site visits and updates a counter in Salesforce (Contact field). Gainsight then reads this counter periodically and trends over time.

One thing to note on SmartSigns: You can do one smart score per engagement type or metric, and also combine multiple usage metrics together from our Usage Data object in SFDC.

Hope this helps!
