Like most best practices, it depends.  You need to figure out which NPS scores matter most and why. 

Thrilled to say that Admin NPS *is* correlated with GRR.  It’s narrowed over time, but still quite meaningful.

 

This is the reason and the evidence for the Admin/CS Ops Community Programs. We saw the gap in NPS scores, identified root causes and work every quarter to reduce/remove.
