Reaching out to the community to see if I could connect with some folks who have implemented a health scoring system specific to the onboarding stage.  We are a SaaS company and would like to measure the effectiveness of our onboarding.
Hi John, I'm curious what progress you have made here. We've recently designed our health score and would welcome the opportunity to share approaches with you.
We haven't' made much progress however we do still have the requirement.  I'd love to share ideas.  
John, we had a similar idea but not to score how we did our on-boarding, but to score the customer on their readiness and plan accordingly. Still in the planning phases so I don't have anything to share.
