Does Gainsight provide any predictive analysis into accounts? For example can it predict if an account will change to red or yellow based on historic behavior?

Hey Sam! Thanks for getting back to me. To clarify, I/m not looking to use the rules engine to change health scores based on calculations I set. We already do that. We're looking to do more predictive analysis on a higher level to see if companies with specific characteristics are X% more likely to churn that can be predicted through historic behavior. Happy to hop on a call to discuss further!
