Hello, interested to learn what data points others are putting into gainsight from LMS (we use Docebo). Some ideas we have are: # of active users per enterprise, # of learning content viewed at the enterprise level, etc.

We get a monthly feed from our LMS system to track training took by our customers (student name, training attended, when it was taken). This helps our CSMs to understand their formal training status as well as map it to support tickets opened by customer and marked as training needed.
Does anyone able to to use the data sync between LMS and Gainsight, to answer questions such as how training (Customer Education) is impacting Product Usage? Also be able to compare TtV (Time to Value) between customers that took training and those that did not? If so can you please share your experiences? Thanks!
