Ability to block phone numbers and other PII data in topics and replies

Now that we have “premoderation” available, it’s time to further develop it  In our community we see customers giving out PII data quite often. They might even title their topic “Joe Average, phone number xx, customer number xxx” etc. You get the idea, right? I would like to be able to determine premoderation rules by which we could prevent people from publishing their PII data.  And by rules I mean the ability to determine a rule that “all topics and replys with 8-digit number be sent to premoderation”, “all topics and replys with serial numbers be sent to premoderation”. This would be something community managers would be able to define themselves, as all companies and countries have different types of phone numbers / personal id’s etc. And they might consist of numbers, letters and special characters.
