Ability to sort user roles alphabetically

Hi, we have hundreds of user roles and could really benefit from these being sorted alphabetically. The issue now that they are not is that we spend a lot of time trying to understand if a user role connected to the same organization already exists or not. We also risk adding a similar user role (for instance A-B Company instead of AB Company), and it becomes very messy.
