Allow Sorting/Re-ordering by Tasks under Success Plan Objectives

When viewing assigned Success Plans, it would be nice to be able to sort the tasks by date. We can do this for CTAs, but would like to also be able to do this for tasks, especially because when you manually adjust a task it does not automatically re-order from most upcoming to least. 

Alternatively, if there was a way to drag and re-order tasks manually that might suffice as well.
