Associate Timeline Record to Scorecard Measure

This idea will admittedly need some thoughtful consideration to be implemented well, but our CSMs (or BPs internally) constantly have to go to the “right” place of Timeline to document or impact something. 

 

There are times when you want to restrict a workflow, but other times where doing so artificially just creates extra work.

We would like our users to be able to update/add timeline entries for scorecard measures without having to go into the actual scorecard itself, especially if that Timeline entry is being created as part of another process as well. To be efficient, a CSM cannot really have one call per topic per customer, so often will handle Renewal, Risk, and Outcomes related discussions in a single call if they can. This may result in creating multiple of effectively the same timeline entry - which Associated Records was created to mitigate.

 

Unfortunately, you can’t associate Timeline records to a scorecard measure, which would be very helpful for our teams. This request should be considered in concert with these two requests, and work well with one or both should they be implemented:
