Backend conversation for cross-team communication

Makes sense, especially when working on a larger team :). 

Dropping a related (but more generic) idea below:

It would be grand if the existing Team Notes feature could be expanded. It's very useful that it lists the last mod who edited with a date and time. But, we often use the notes section for a conversation within the team. And now we must manually prefix our notes with our name and date to keep track of the flow.

If a name + date/time stamp could automatically be added when adding something to a note, that would help. 

Thanks for this idea! The use case for structured, attributable team notes is clear, especially for larger moderation teams handling complex topics across departments.

We're moving this into discovery as part of broader moderation workflow improvements, which includes enhancements to team notes and moderation audit tooling. We'll keep this thread updated as we learn more.
