Currently, when I try to import data by using CSV file, I should prepare CSV file of encoded by UTF-8 (without BOM).
But when I generate CSV file from Microsoft Excel’s saving files by choosing CSV UTF-8 format, Excel generates CSV file encoded by UTF-8(with BOM NOT without BOM,,,).
So my suggestion is,,, if GainSight support not only UTF-8(without BOM) but also UTF-8(with BOM) on CSV import Bulk API, it would be helpful for me,,, not only me I hope.
