It would be great to have a feature that allows me to generate an externally accessible link for engagement previews. Our process is that someone internal will request an engagement, I build the engagement and send them back a screenshot of what it looks like. But they don’t necessarily get to interact with and see what the engagement will look like in our app. I would like to send a URL to them to see the engagement preview in-app.
The only way I know how to do this at the moment is to add their specific email/user information in the audience, turn it live, let them see it, then pause the engagement (or create a draft), revise the audience and set it live again. This can also cause issues if they want to see it multiple times, then I’ll need to update the scheduling to allow for this and need to make sure I revise it back before turning it live again.
