I like the automated milestones that can appear on the customer journey widget, but the formatting for the ARR one is terrible and cannot be updated either. This seems like an easy thing to fix, but support said product has not committed to doing so. Hopefully this idea post gains some traction.

These automatic milestones are exactly what I would have wanted to see from Gainsight when I first became an admin three years ago. I was so pumped to use them now, and then disappointed to see the formatting! Agreed - it’s a simple fix that improves overall appearance and user experience. Hope this gets some traction!
